SAN ANTONIO– For the fourth year in a row, Security Service FCU employees have voted the organization into a spot in the top ten San Antonio workplaces, as researched by WorkplaceDynamics.
Released annually by the San Antonio Express-News, the list was determined solely by feedback gathered through an objective employee survey. Earlier this summer, SSFCU rolled out new employee benefits that include a confidential advisor to help navigate personal challenges; reduced rates and fees on select Security Service financial products; tools and resources to help employees reach physical goals and legal and financial help among other benefits focused on creating a better work/life balance.
