BALTIMORE, Md.– Securityplus Federal Credit Union served as an official drop-off location for the 2014 U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Drive, with collection boxes located at each branch, as well as the Credit Union’s Operation Center.
Credit Union employees and members were encouraged to donate at least one new, unwrapped toy. At the end of the drive, hundreds of toys were piled high to be given to children in need this holiday season.
“In lieu of birthday presents, one particular member asked friends and family to donate to our Toys for Tots drive – filling two large boxes,” said CEO Brett Noll. “The generous spirit of this member, along with all of our members, our employees and volunteers, allowed the credit union to fill more than five large donation boxes.”
