BALTIMORE--Securityplus Federal Credit Union has named Obi Ndukwe Chief Experience & Impact Officer.
In this newly created position, he will lead strategy, direction and management of enterprise member experience, retail operations, contact center operations, sales and delivery of products and services, corporate social responsibility, and community impact. The CXIO position reimagines member experience and impact for Securityplus to deliver on the brand promise of making a positive difference.

Ndukwe has more than 20 years’ experience in banking and financial services, with expertise in strategy, customer experience, financial management, business development, DEI, performance management, and strategic planning and implementation. Prior to joining the Executive Leadership Team at Securityplus, he was Vice President, Market Manager at First Commonwealth Credit Union in Pennsylvania, where he also served as Chair of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
