MANCHESTER, N.H. — St. Mary’s Bank has announced the winners of its scholarship awards for the 2022-2023 academic year. Fifteen outstanding applicants received scholarships of $1,000 each.
St. Mary’s Bank increased the scholarship program this year from $12,000 to $15,000, helping more students.
“We are proud to recognize the hard work and accomplishments of all of our scholarship recipients,” said CEO Ron Covey. “I am so impressed by the winners. We wish them the best as they move forward with their education.”
St. Mary’s Bank received more than 100 applications, and the scholarship committee made their choices based on school and community involvement, work experience, and applicant responses to essay questions. All scholarship winners are either St. Mary’s Bank members or children of employees.
