“I am honored to be part of the Supervisory Committee and am eager to support the management and members of St. Mary’s Bank,” said Lozeau.

Lozeau will be serving the unexpired term of Kara Fontaine, CPA, who had to resign from the committee since her employer, Howe, Riley & Howe, has been acquired by Wipfli/Macpage, the accounting firm engaged by St. Mary’s Bank, the CU said.

Lozeau is the executive director/CEO of Southern New Hampshire Services, where she is responsible for the development and oversight of the community action agency serving all of Hillsborough and Rockingham counties. Prior to her position at Southern New Hampshire Services, Lozeau served as the mayor of Nashua from 2008 until 2016.

Lozeau’s civic involvement is extensive as she sits on the board or acts in an advisory capacity to such organizations as St. Joseph Hospital, NH Tomorrow Leadership Council, and Reaching Higher for Education NH, the CU said.

“Donnalee’s commitment to community has been proven time and again,” said Craig S. Donais, Esq., Chairman of St. Mary’s Bank’s Supervisory Committee. “Her extensive civic experience will be an invaluable asset to the Committee.”
