St. Mary’s Bank Promotes Mas to Associate IT Director

MANCHESTER, N.H.— St. Mary’s Bank has promoted Juan Mas to associate IT director.“He has been nominated for multiple Stellar Service awards and has matured our infrastructure operations and cultivated a service-oriented mindset while mentoring his staff,” said Tyler White, EVP, chief information officer. “I am excited to see Juan’s leadership help guide our excellent team of IT practitioners and represent St. Mary’s with our vendor partners.” As associate IT director, Mas will develop annual infrastructure strategy objectives, ensuring proper lifecycle management and performance and capacity planning. He will set service desk standards and continually monitor feedback to ensure high quality outcomes for employees and members. In addition to these roles, Mas will direct the procurement function of the IT department, which includes processing purchase requests and invoices as well as reconciling budget and expenses.
