BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Summit FCU has opened a new, second drive-thru lane at the Delaware/Hertel branch here to both members of The Summit and shared-branching members.
The drive-thru lane was designed by SWBR, a Rochester-based architectural firm. The general contractor for the project was RP Oak Hill Building Company, Inc., based in Buffalo.
This expansion will enhance branch’s commitment to offering members the premium service that they have come to expect at The Summit, the credit union said.
“All drive-thru hardware, in both lanes, is brand new, giving us the most current equipment to service our members,” said . Keith Parwulski, director, regional branch services for the Buffalo area. “The second lane allows us to more quickly service those that choose to bank with us at the drive-thru lane.”
Added Alessandra Sunderlin, The Summit’s VP-member relations said, “A second drive-thru lane at this branch demonstrates how much The Summit has grown here in Buffalo. We are so happy to be able to offer our Buffalo members even more efficient service.”
