PHOENIX – SwitchThink Solutions has selected Clint Seader as its new chief technology officer (CTO).
In the new position, Clint is responsible for outlining the company’s technological vision and architecture as well as discovering and elevating technologies that move the industry toward digital transformation.
“Clint brings first-hand credit union knowledge and experience that will help us continue expanding our capability. Our people are a competitive edge for SwitchThink, and most importantly, for our growing client base,” said Scott Butler, SwitchThink’s chief executive officer. “Clint certainly improves that advantage, and we welcome him to Phoenix and to the SwitchThink team.”
Clint joins SwitchThink from SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, America’s fifth largest credit union with more than 1.2 million members and $28 billion in assets. Most recently, Clint was vice president of Information Technology. He has been a leader at SchoolsFirst for the past 18 years where he led strategic planning, software development initiatives, core banking infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation efforts.
“My passions are learning and leading innovative IT teams that focus on creating better experiences for credit union employees and members,” said Seader. “I look forward to the opportunity to work with credit unions across the nation to help them operate more efficiently and better serve their members.”
When not working, Clint likes to spend quality time with his wife and five children, including taking them to singing, acting, and drumming lessons, soccer practice and games, skateboarding, and surfing.
