LAKE JACKSON, Texas--TDECU has named Jai Collier Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Collier will lead the $4 billion organization’s efforts to develop, prioritize, implement, and track DE&I strategic initiatives in all aspects of its business functions. She will report directly to TDECU’s SVP, CHRO, Qiara Suggs.

Collier, a well-regarded DE&I professional, began leading efforts to expand awareness of diversity and inclusion principals over 20 years ago. Most recently, she architected and implemented diversity and inclusion programming at Harris Health Systems and was recognized as the Harris Health System Rockstar Rookie of the Year and with the Game-Changers award for her efforts. She also served as the co-chair of the Houston Chapter of the Diversity First Coalition a subset of the Texas Diversity Council. Collier also spent 14 years as a litigation attorney.
