HOUSTON–Volunteers from TDECU here teamed up with University of Houston Career Services and Rebuilding Together Houston to assist a homeowner in need. Rebuilding Together provides free repair and renovation programs for elderly low-income, disabled and service-veteran homeowners in need to address basic living, life event and quality-of-life circumstances.
