HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. – Teachers Federal Credit Union (TFCU), one of the nation’s largest credit unions, announced the promotion of Amanda Christensen to Assistant Vice President – Loan Servicing.
In her new position, she will oversee the Mortgage Servicing and Loan Records departments as well as the servicing of all mortgages, commercial and consumer loans. Christensen reports directly to the SVP – Credit.
“Amanda Christensen has truly become an asset to the TFCU team and its members. She has demonstrated her commitment to the Long Island community throughout her career at TFCU. I know she will continue to excel and assist Long Islanders in her new position as Assistant Vice President- Mortgage Servicing,” said Robert G. Allen, President and CEO, TFCU.
Christensen joined TFCU in 2005 as a teller and subsequently held several positions of increasing responsibility within the Operations and Lending departments. She holds a BA from Stony Brook University.
