SOUTH BEND, IND. –Chad Douglass has joined Teachers Credit Union as chief lending officer and senior vice president.
In his new role, Douglass will be responsible for the development and growth of TCU’s loan portfolio, overseeing the lending, credit and collection functions. This position was last held by Gene Novello, who was recently promoted to COO of TCU.
“Chad’s financial services experience will be a valuable addition to our TCU team,” said Novello. “His vast knowledge base will ensure we continue to shape and develop lending offerings that not only meet, but exceed, the needs of our members.”
Douglas comes to TCU with more than 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has served as vice president at financial institutions in the banking industry, both on regional and national levels. His experience has been primarily concentrated in the Midwest Middle Market corporate banking and credit underwriting fields.
