Telhio CU Opens New Branch

COLUMBUS, Ohio–Telhio Credit Union has opened its new Polaris Parkway branch located at 855 Polaris Parkway, at the corner of Polaris Parkway and Old Worthington Road.

The 3,682-square-foot banking center includes Interactive Banking Kiosks (IBK) with biometric authentication, also known as palm vein scan.

“This specific technology is the most robust biometric feature to date and very secure,” the credit union said. “IBK’s can dispense coins, vary the denomination of dollars withdrawn as cash, print out statements, and even allow members to make payments on loans or mortgages through the machine.”

Telhio will offer its full-service banking products and services including mortgages, commercial lending, wealth management, etc. With accessibility and convenience at top of mind, this location features a self-service coin machine, tandem drive thru windows and a drive-up ATM.

“We’re excited to expand our footprint in Central Ohio with our personalized yet innovative financial services,” said Leslie Bumgarner, president and CEO. “This new branch serves as a destination for banking and community, and we are looking forward to the opportunity to spend more time with our current members and welcome new ones.”
