COLUMBUS, Ohio– Telhio Credit Union is offering free tickets to the Ohio State Fair in exchange for donations of wish list items for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio (RMHC).
Between July 8-22, individuals can bring in one of the wish list items below to any Telhio branch and receive a free ticket for the Ohio State Fair, good for any day of the 2022 fair.
Additionally, Telhio is hosting the Telhio Credit Union and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio Day at the Ohio State Fair on July 28th. Individuals who bring one of the above items to the gate before 6 p.m. will receive “Buy One Get One Free” admission to the fair that day.
“We are so excited to be back at the great Ohio State Fair this year and once again partner with Ronald McDonald House,” said Jessica Bing, chief communication officer at Telhio. “We have an incredibly strong partnership, and supporting the House’s work to be there when children and families need it most is really important to us.”
At the last full Ohio State Fair in 2019, Telhio said it generated more than 10 tons or $60,000 worth of wish list items to sustain supplies at the Ronald McDonald House in Columbus.
“We know people are ready to get back out and celebrate our amazing state at the fair this year – so we are hoping to surpass our record and help the House even more with this year’s donations,” said Bing.
