Tinker Federal Credit Union Promotes Two Longtime Executives

OKLAHOMA CITY — Tinker Federal Credit Union has promoted two longtime executives into senior leadership roles as part of an operations leadership transition.

Joseph Arthur has been elevated to executive vice president and chief operations officer following the retirement of longtime COO Connie Wall. Arthur, who joined TFCU in 2002, previously served as senior vice president of operations and has held multiple roles across the organization, including leading service and staff-development initiatives.

Edgar Medina

At the same time, TFCU promoted Edgar Medina to senior vice president of operations. Medina, a more than 20-year TFCU veteran, most recently served as vice president and director of lending and has also held branch leadership roles. In his new position, Medina will oversee daily operations supporting both branch and remote service channels
