ST. LOUIS–Together Credit Union has earned a Top Workplaces award from the St. Louis Post Dispatch.
“This recognition is a testament to our team members’ unwavering commitment to serving our members. It’s the foundation for our culture at the Credit Union. We see it in every interaction, every day,” said Claire Trunko, chief people and strategy officer.
To identify outstanding workplaces in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area, the St. Louis Post Dispatch partnered with Energage, an enterprise and network solutions company specializing in employee engagement. Nearly 2,500 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces program, which included a 24-question survey on workplace culture.
The surveys were then distributed to employees for feedback, which is the sole basis for determining which employers make the Top Workplaces list.
To effectively compare feedback, Energage grouped companies based on the number of employees in the region. Together Credit Union, which has 408 employees, placed in the mid-sized company category.
“We are honored to be recognized as a top workplace and, more importantly, are committed to continuing to build on the insights gained through the invaluable feedback to strengthen our people-first culture,” added Trunko.
