TEMPE, Ariz. – TruWest Credit Union donated $65,000 to Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
This amazing gift included employee payroll charity donations with over 190 participants donating nearly $29,000 in 2022, the credit union said.
“The TruWest team comes together as an organization each year to support Phoenix Children’s,” said TruWest Credit Union President and CEO Alan Althouse. “We live our credit union’s core value of “People helping people” through actions such as this. It is an honor to aid the work of an organization such as Phoenix Children’s. They make a true difference in the lives of the children in our community, each and every day.”
TruWest has been a contributor to Children’s Miracle Network hospitals for nearly 30 years. In addition to the payroll deduction contributions, TruWest employees also participate in fundraising efforts, and events like the Miles that Matter 5k & Kid’s Dash, the Miles that Matter Cycling event, and PCH Give-A-Thons.
