HONOLULU–The University of Hawai`i Federal Credit Union (UHFCU) has been selected as a recipient of this year’s Aloha United Way (AUW) Spirit of the Community Award.
The Spirit of Community Awards recognize individuals and companies whose extraordinary level of commitment helps to raise millions of dollars each year to support local charities who impact hundreds of thousands of lives.
UHFCU earned the award in the category of Small Business. This category recognizes increased employee participation in a workplace campaign by 10% or more.

Our selection reflects this strengthened bond and our commitment to the community,” said UHFCU President and CEO Jeanine Morse. “We’re extremely proud of our employees, who are being recognized for their outstanding efforts, creativity, and dedication in supporting AUW each year.”
