CLOVIS, Calif.–Valley First FCU has opened a new branch here in the Clovis Commons Shopping Center. The new branch features modern state-of-the-art technology and an interior designed to provide a welcoming banking experience, with a range of convenient service options that include face-to-face service, live video assistance and self-serve banking.
There are two Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), which provide members the choice of completing their own transactions or they can touch the screen to speak with a live associate.
Coming early 2020, a modern glass Nanawall system will allow the credit union to close off the branch and extend service hours at the two ITMs.
The branch also offers a technology bar where members can access their accounts online, as well as a private office where members can privately video conference our Mortgage Consultant and Financial Services Advisors.
