BURLINGTON, Vt. –Vermont Federal Credit Union has been awarded the 2021 Crystal Performance Award by Raddon. The award is based on an analysis of key performance metrics focused on service, member relationships, sales and other areas.

Twenty- one credit unions received the Crystal Performance Award from Raddon out of 500 credit unions, all based on key performance metrics in the only nationwide benchmark of its kind and Vermont Federal Credit Union said it is the only credit union in Vermont to receivethe award.
“The Crystal Performance Awards are especially significant this year; they are one of the bestindustry-wide benchmarks for how leading credit unions fared during the pandemic,” said BillHandel, general manager and chief economist at Raddon.

Separately, Vermont Business Magazine have voted Vermont Federal Credit Union The BestCredit Union in Chittenden County.
Recipients of the 2022 Best of Business (BOB) Awards are selected in more than 100 different categories through a poll of Vermont Business Magazine readers. The two month long poll began Jan. 1st and resulted in nearly 68,000 total votes.
The results of the BOB Awards speak to the stand-out businesses in Vermont: the ones that offer the best customer service, that are willing to go above and beyond and to pay attention todetail.
