OSHKOSH, Wis.— Verve, a Credit Union has named Jamie Van Wagoner assistant vice president of experience & growth–digital branch, putting her in charge of the credit union’s remote-service channels.
In the role, Van Wagoner will oversee Verve’s digital branch operations, including video tellers, phone service and sales, chat and video banking, the credit union said.
Verve said she will focus on delivering a consistent member experience across remote channels, supporting digital growth and maintaining operational performance as member engagement increasingly shifts to digital platforms.
“Jamie’s leadership and deep experience in digital banking make her a strong addition to our team,” Chief Growth Officer Mitch Kime said in a statement. Van Wagoner brings more than a decade of financial-services leadership experience, including work in retail banking, lending operations, treasury management and technology-enabled teams.
