PASEDENA, Calif.--Wescom Credit Union has promoted Maggie Pacheco to Vice President, Real Estate Lending.
"Having successfully led several changes at Wescom, such as reducing loan turn time, reaching near perfect 99% capture rate on purchase transactions and successfully implementing the paperless mortgage loan process as the Director of Real Estate Loan operations, Pacheco has already proved her leadership in the real estate lending space," the CU said.
With over 25 years of real estate lending experience with lenders such as Century Bank and Wescom, in her new role, she will be overseeing loan sales and origination, processing, underwriting, closing, funding, secondary marketing and business development.
Her appointment to Wescom’s expanding executive leadership team reflects the credit union’s growing business momentum. The team recently also added Vice Presidents of IT Operations and Loan Servicing and Default Management, the CU said.
