WAKEFIELD, R.I.--Westerly Community Credit Union has promoted Michelle Johnston to Director of Operations.
Johnston joined WCCU in 2019 as the Operations Manager and was integral in the creation of the new WCCU eBanking platform. Her new responsibilities will include continuing to develop the eBanking platform and add new areas such as account and loan opening within eBanking. Johnston will be reviewing new digital payment technology enhancements in order to offer members the latest in features and functions. She will also be responsible for refining daily operations within the department to ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
