Wood Named AVP of Strategic Partnerships at AmeriCU Credit Union

ROME, N.Y. – Heather Wood has been named Assistant Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for AmeriCU Credit Union.Wood brings with her over twenty years of experience and knowledge in the credit union industry. Wood’s new role will cultivate and foster relationships with existing and potential partners. She will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and efficiency improvement. Wood started her journey with AmeriCU in 2003 when she was hired as a part-time teller. She has since held various roles – Member Relationship Advisory, Financial Center Manager, Assistant Vice President of Operations. “I have been part of the AmeriCU team for twenty years and have always enjoyed connecting with the community we serve.
