Worth Credit Union Names Katie Turner-Carr Chief People Officer

FORT WORTH, Texas—Worth Credit Union has appointed Katie Turner-Carr as senior vice president and chief people officer, adding an experienced human resources executive to its leadership team as the credit union continues to focus on growth and organizational development.

Turner-Carr brings experience in people strategy, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation and leadership development across financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications and security industries. In her new role, she will oversee Worth Credit Union's people and culture strategy, with responsibility for attracting, developing and retaining talent while supporting the organization's long-term growth and operational goals.
