VANCOUVER, Wash.–iQ Credit Union has been named a 2017 Top Workplace in Oregon and Southwester Washington by the Oregonian. iQ ranked 10th among the 40 highest scoring midsized companies and was the only financial institution in the top 10.
The survey covers many areas, including organizational health factors that measure how well employees are working together toward a common cause:
