WASHINGTON—Patrick Miller, CEO of the $406-million CBC Federal Credit Union, Oxnard, Calif., is scheduled to testify Wednesday before The House Financial Services Committee, as is Peggy Bosma-LaMascus, CEO of the $500-million Patriot FCU in Chambersburg, Penn.
Miller, testifying on behalf of CUNA, and Bosma-LaMascus on behalf of NAFCU, both planned to address the growing regulatory burden facing credit unions in the hearing titled “Preserving Consumer Choice and Financial Independence.”
