Being recognized are the Iowa Credit Union League for Outstanding Organization, while Clarence Hall, Jr., the board chair and president/CEO of Issaquena County FCU; Bob Schumacher, the retired president/CEO of MountainCrest Credit Union and long-time host of the Herb Wegner Awards, and Mike Mercer, CEO of Georgia CU Affiliates have all won Lifetime Achievement Awards.
